Our product gets pasteurized and does great with heat. When we ship, our product is sent frozen and will arrive cool or at room temperature. Please place product in fridge and let settle overnight.

Our dips freeze great, like edible hockey pucks. They thaw out perfectly and do not change in texture or flavor. Make some ice cubes out of them and cook em back to life.

We send our product via Fed Ex express 2-3 days. Some deliveries are delayed for reasons we cannot control. We apologize in advance. Do not worry, simply be patient and we will make sure your situation is addressed. When the jar arrives place product in fridge and let settle overnight before tasting.
